  I received a flyer from this company in my mailbox this summer listing all of the services they perform. I called the number and spoke to Rosy Vasquez to request a proposal for wood soffit repair and a new flagstone walkway. We met and had a nice detailed conversation regarding the scope and she seemed very knowledgable. Over the subsequent 5 weeks I had to continually follow up with her for the proposal. I finally received a very basic proposal which lacked the relevant project details we spoke about and the cost was much higher than the range that she estimated for the flagstone walkway. It also didn't include the wood soffit repair that we had discussed multiple times. We did in fact come to an agreement on the price of the walkway and Rosy confirmed she would send a contract to me on 9/12. I still haven't received the contract to date after multiple follow ups with her. I'm fine if they feel they can't perform this work or if they are simply too busy to accept new projects but their lack of communication and detail is a problem for me.

  They did. outstanding work for me , including repair of brick retaining wall on patio and power washing of deck and mildew on side of house. I highly recommend them.
