  Went to drop off lawnmower 3 times, 2 times they were "closed". After I finally got to drop off my lawnmower I didn't get a call back not even once for a whole month. Tried calling 5 times, no one answered, no voicemail to leave a message. When they finally answered, they haven't even looked at the lawn mower after having it for a month. Went to pick up my lawnmower because I hated the service and didn't want them to touch my mower, WAS CLOSED ONCE AGAIN. I swear they are closed half the time they are "open". Just glad they let me take my mower back with no hassle or charges.

  I am giving American Lawnmower Repair 1 Star because when I called, he said bring my mower in and he would look at it. I did, he took it inside, was gone for 10 minutes, brought it back out and said he serviced it. Charged me $60. My mower still has the very same issue now as what I took it in for. Really seams like he did nothing, but charge me money. Dissapointed and will not recomend this bussiness.

  Had an appointment on a Monday which was made the previous week. I tried calling 4 different times then ended up driving to the shop, I get there and there was another gentlemen there who had the same issue. The shop decided to close for the day (even though I had an appointment for that day) they never reached out that same day or the following days to reschedule my appointment, still here 1 month later without anything as far as a call back. Thanks for wasting not only my time but the other guy who also was there for a reservice on his lawnmower that this shop did the week prior and messed up his mower blades
