  Monte is telling it like it is. The owner is an uneducated, condescending, and good for nothing idiot. He talks down to his employees. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend working much less doing business with this clown. These positive reviews are fake. He probably wrote them. I’m response: I never said I worked for this sham of a company. I had a immediate family member that I watched get treated worse than any human should ever be treated. Many are undocumented and need the money. My family member didn’t want to write a review in his own name for fear of retaliation and getting fired from his current employer. We know several guys who will vouch for him and maybe even write reviews. No harm in asking. Trolling? Absolutely not, people do not randomly pick a company and write reviews about their work ethics. This guy terminated employees because he doesn’t have any work and can’t pay them and also finds excuses not to pay them. To the public I say. Believe what you feel sounds more probable but I have no reason to lie. I just thought it was really terrible the way this guy treats his employees and someone should call him on it. If it saves one person from a bad experience, I did a good thing. If not, we’ll I tried. I lived in San Francisco years ago while attending college and kept my phone number when I moved back home. Send your attorneys anytime but keep in mind that factual statements are not considered slander. Just trying to save you some legal fees. To support my statements, I have made some calls and several other guys agree that they also had less than pleasant experiences while working for you. Give it a few days, you will see results. Most of these guys are not into writing reviews but I have encouraged them to make an effort. I’m all about positive and even offered to help. Here is something positive for you to consider: perhaps a course in integrity, business management and definitely English grammar. Yes! A positive outlook on life is essential and it’s never too late for you to become a better person. Thanks guys. Thanks Monte, this was a long time coming. More to come.

  As a professional and thriving company we value all comments and reviews. Jesse Hernandez has never worked for American Lawn and Garden LLC nor do we have any records of this person as a customer. So therefore we believe that our company was trolled. Our 14 years in business and excellent customer relationships is what American Lawn and Garden LLC is built on. Again Mr.Jesse Hernandez i don't know how you saw first hand the so called misconduct of employees all the way from San Francisco, California. How ever if you don't quit slandering our company's name you will soon be hearing from our lawyers for defamation. It's time to start being positive in life!!! Good morning Mr.Hernandez I can't help but think that you feel as if I have personal offended you but I'm here to tell you this God conquers all! If you give your burdens to him, he will take them all away. When I gave my life to Jesus Christ our lord and savior my life went from gloomy to bright because I made the glorious decision to live with him on my side. Thank you and God bless.

  I am writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend. He no longer works for Tony of American lawn and garden. We got a call from a friend who says Tony is threatening a lawsuit. First of all, if anybody needs to be sued, it is definitely Tony. A lawsuit would be a great thing because he would be exposed for the kind of employer he is. He is very arrogant and cheap. He wants these guys to work their butt off and pays low wages. Definitely does not treat his employees very well at all. He charges his customers high prices and hires cheap labor. My boyfriend quit after a month because he would work him for 10-12 hours a day and when he got close to making overtime he would tell him he didn’t need him that day. He was very unorganized and has a bad temper. Good luck to anyone doing business with this guy. If you do hire him, maybe offer his workers a glass of water. It’s hot out there. Those guys work hard and long hours. Tony sits in his air conditioned car and watchesthem work. He will roll down the window and yell at them instead of getting out and giving them instruction. I guess that’s a perk of being a business owner (or lazy)?but my boyfriends current employer is out there working with them. Inbox me if you need a good landscaper.

  Well good morning once again to our anonymous reviewer who is not brave enough to send a name for who supposably worked for us. The reviews obviously stem from a hatefulness and for some reason think that leaving bad reviews is going to hurt the business that God has helped me built from the ground up. After reading your unrealistic review I am reminded of a verse in the bible that the devil reveals himself in lies and temptations but fear not for I am with you. So I say this, I thank God everyday for the responsibility of not only running a successful business but having a business that I am blessed with having great employees and contract labors. Now for the Guys who have left this wonderful company for bigger and better things I wish you all nothing but the best and may you all put God first in ya'lls lives as I have done and I guarantee ya'll will live a happier life as brothers and sisters in christ our lord and saviour.   American Lawn & Garden is the best landscaper we've had! Tony, the owner, is extremely professional and communicative, and cares about making sure the job is done right. When so many contractors out there barely return phone calls, Tony and his team do what they say they're going to do, and when they say they're going to do it.
