  I walked into Alvord's today with an older BR600 backpack that I wanted to order a part for the nozzle assembly. The young lady behind the counter disappeared for a few minutes with my leaf blower. She soon returned with it REPAIRED enough (with a new part..although not the correct part) to get me through the weekend so I can continue doing leaves while a new part is on order. I wasn't looking for a repair, just to help order the correct part. Now, that my friends is the definition of amazing customer support. I know they can't do this for everyone. But, here I am six hours later still can't believe this happened. Why would you NOT shop here? Thank you Alvords team...
