  I wish I could give this place zero stars. If you love your family member at all do not take them there. They could care less about patient care as long as they are getting their money. They treat their staff poorly as well. It’s been seen first hand many of times. This place should either have new management who cares about their staff and patients or just be closed down.

  Our mother was a resident in this facility for the last 10 months of her life. The care and love that she received here was incredible. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. The staff could not have been nicer. Mom was always so well taken care of... fed, clean, and protected. And it was obvious that the staff had a genuine affection for her. When COVID arrived, we could no longer visit, but April, their Activities Director, set up Zoom calls each day so that her 6 children could keep in contact with her. During her lasts weeks when she was in Hospice, the 6 of us were allowed in person visits. The office administration was kind and patient with our many visits while still making sure that the facility remained safe. During the last few weeks of her life they kept us constantly appraised of her condition and notified my brother in the middle of the night so that he could go there and hold her hand when she passed. Although EVERYONE was amazing, special thanks to Chris, Rachel, April, and especially Madison, who my mom was absolutely convinced was an angel ❤️. Our family will forever be grateful to Country Lawn and to the people there who made this past year bearable.

  My mother was in this facility the last few weeks of her life. I appreciate the care they gave her. She's been gone for 4 years and still receives a birthday card on her birthday. Calls have been made every year asking them to stop, but they continue. It's hard enough as it is.
