We had Alpine come out to deal with a termite issue last July. About a month ago we had termites show up in the exact spot as before. We scheduled a service for March 20. No one showed up or called. I left a voice mail that was never returned. I called again 3 business days later and was told someone would get back to me by the next day. I never heard back and called repeatedly the next week and only got their voicemail. Today, I finally got a very nice person on the phone who told me she would make sure that someone called. Rick called and told me to call someone else, that there is no guarantee for any spot treatment, and they weren’t coming back to address the problem. I’d heard good things about them and am very disappointed in their customer service and the way they fail to back up their work. Needless to say we will never use again and absolutely do not recommend them. In response to your reply: 1. I never refused a full house service; I was told the treatment provided was sufficient to address the problem, and at the time was very happy to learn it was a simple procedure to eradicate the termites. 2. Your reply doesn't address the no-show appointment, the failure to return phone calls, and the rudeness of the technician when he finally, as he said, was "made" to call me. 3. I never asked for a free follow-up treatment. I was more than willing to pay, but your technician told me flatly he wasn't coming back out, and to find someone else. THAT is when I asked if Alpine didn't stand behind your work. The narrative that I refused a full house treatment and demanded a free follow-up is a false one. I have discussed this with your office staff and they are well aware that this is not the case. Maybe you should find out the real reason the technician refused provide any further service to my husband and me. I'd like to know myself.

Mr. Nirish, A Spot treatment is just that, the treatment of a spot. With Subterranean Termites the whole house must be treated to achieve complete results and receive a warranty. Otherwise the termites will just move over feet away from the actual spot treated. Even though some will be affected by the treatment and die the colonies are very big and just move over a few feet away from the treated areas. This is why we recommend always treating the entire structure, but will very rarely do a spot treatment if the customer insists on not treating in its entirety. This is the same for all Termite Companies and No company will warranty just a spot treatment and then just keep treating the structure without having done it all completely. If that were the case all Termite companies would be out of business from treating houses for free by coming back over and over just treating spots at a time and providing warranties for free because they did a spot treatment. We honor all of our warranties and always have in our 32 years of working in this industry.

I have used this company for 15 years and always had nothing but favorable experiences. They are a pleasure to deal with. The techs who come to my home are thorough and personable. I have never had a problem with this company.

Terrible. Closed my account because I was moving in 3 months. But paid for rodent traps for that time. Because I cancelled they came back and pulled them. I paid for another quarter. Billing was terrible the 20 yrs Iui was qith them.

Mr. McCook the payment you are referring to and quarterly service was paid for back in Nov of 2020. This would cover the quarter you are referring to. Dec 2020, Jan, and Feb 2021. We have not received any other payment from you since the Nov 2020 payment for the quarter mentioned. As you mentioned because the house was being sold we went out to retrieve the rodent bait boxes after the quarter was up. We never leave those stations out there once our customer sells the house.
