  We are so happy with the entire process of them building our new raised bed garden. The bid was detailed and accurate. They did a great job of communicating with us and started on time and worked quickly. We really appreciated how they asked questions about our expectations at every point and were very tidy not only at completion of the project but also during it. We will use them again.

  This business quoted me $850 to mow my front and back lawn. Nothing trimmed, no plants or bushes-- just a mowed lawn. I was blown away. When I inquired how much it would cost to mow my front lawn alone, they quoted me $300. Here is a picture of my front lawn-- it is not overgrown and much of it isn't even long enough to be cut. It just needs a trim after winter. This is less than a 20 minute job and I have own yard waste disposal can. Absolutely ridiculous. I found a competitor listed here on Google willing to mow the front and back for less than 20% what they quoted me. Edit: The owner responded to this review with an indirect, lazy accusation that its fake because my gmail account doesn't disclose my first and last name. To be clear, my name is Steven and I called on Friday 3/19 and spoke with Raina, and informed her that I was partially disabled and looking to set up continuous lawn care service. Raina sent a gentleman out that day. He arrived with a lady in her pajamas. They both walked from my front to my back yard and the gentleman took some pictures. He said he'd be happy to come back tomorrow (Saturday) to do the lawn and it looked pretty simple, but that he needed to give the pictures to somebody else first who would give me a quote. He said I'd get a call back shortly within the next hour or so. I never received a call back, so I followed up Saturday 3/20 and left a voicemail when there was no answer. Raina called me back later that Saturday and informed me that they had quoted the front and back lawn for $850. I was super confused and honestly speechless-- it didn't sound realistic-- so I asked how much my front lawn alone would cost. My intention was to have the lawn mowed every two weeks. Raina offered to ask their guy who gave the quote and call me back. When she did, she quoted me $300. I took the picture below of my lawn the day after Alpha Y La Omega gave me that quote. To me, it feels like they decided servicing me wasn't worth it or they were looking for bigger jobs, and they gave me an extremely inflated quote rather than telling me no. I was super courteous to them and respectful to the gentleman who looked at the lawn-- I still can't wrap my head around it.

  Hi Steven, thank you for your observation. I did not recognize the name since it shows a totally different name, but now I know, you are Steven Hinch. so sorry you had a bad impression of us. Mr. Hinch to be exact, it was for $750 and not $850 also you forgot to mention that the estimate also included hauling away the grass waste and that the grass on the back yard was very thick and hard to work with, so no offense Mr. Hinch but it was not a 20min job. You see Mr. Hinch, we provided you with a free estimate, at no cost. You wanted the service as soon as possible, yes we are a very busy company and that is why we are here for, but we made the time just to give you the service you deserve with no dime in out pocket. We did not even get a thank you for the time spent, but instead we get this review. really?? but I would like to thank you for taking the time call us for your free estimate with no obligation.   When I received the quote I thought it seemed a little high but when they job was complete, it was worth every penny! Reuben and his crew worked so hard on our back yard. It is very large, filled with flower beds and many plants that had gotten very overgrown. It looked OK from a distance but I knew it needed a lot of work. I now can see the individual plants that had all run together and the beautiful big rocks (expensive) that were covered up with overgrowth and hidden weeds and invasive groundcover. We are very pleased and will be using them for maintenance going forward. Thank you to all who worked so hard to make our yard look so beautiful!
