  Not happy with Alpha Nursery and Garden Center in Cascade, formerly known as Cutting Edge. They blew out my sprinkler system on 10/21/14. I turned on the system last week and I had several cracks in the pipes. I talked to the owner of Alpha and she said I had them blown out too late as we had a few days where there were temps below 32 degrees. My question to Sue, the owner of Alpha, why didn't you tell me the blowout may not work or that I could have issues in the spring or I should take extra steps to ensure my pipes did not freeze. Horrible customer service and after talking to several people in the area she is known for this type of service.

  This situation was taken care of and Kim became a happy customer. We followed with doing the maintenance at her property for several years and did some additional work for her.
