Allen Outdoor installed an outdoor lighting system for us (see picture, it looks great!), as well as a sprinkler system, a fence, a retaining wall, and they graded our yard. We couldn't be happier with the final product- the quality really shows. They opt for the highest quality at every opportunity!

Very professional- from the back office to the individuals who come out to your home. Allen has installed my sprinkler system and they maintain it yearly. Very easy to work with. If there is a problem, it typically gets resolved quickly and the owner is usually involved. Always nice to see that!

Made an appointment to get my sprinkler system winterized in a home i just purchased. They told me the earliest appointment was 1 month later (from the time i called) so i decided to wait and try their services. Today, without confirmation of my appointment or even a heads up that someone is coming to winterize my system, a tech goes to my vacant house and calls me. I miss the call (because I’m at work) but called right back and they tell me i have to reschedule for another day, when i already spent a MONTH waiting for their services. Mind you their prices isn’t that great to begin with. I just got off the phone with someone who knows nothing about my appointment and just seems absolutely clueless. Extremely unprofessional and do not value the time of their customers. I refuse to get a new appointment and warn anyone who tries to do so, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere.
Response from the owner
Mr Saffaf Called in on November 5th to make the appointment for winterization. He was set up for November 16th that is only a week and two days. The customer was called when the technician was on his way by the technician (he did not respond to that call). When the technician arrived and no one was there the office called the customer, there was not a voice mail box to leave a message on. The technician waited 15 minutes for a response then moved on. The customer called back 2 hours later stating he missed a call from us. We then informed him that we could reschedule the call for a different day since it was not possible to have the Technician go back the same day. The customer was not satisfied with this and said he would call back. We would be happy to reschedule the customer for a better time and day that he may be there to meet with our Technician.
