  Matt came by a few weeks ago for an estimate. We shook on an agreement and I turned down four other companies for Allegany Yardscapes to do our project. After weeks of no e-mails, texts, or calls from anyone at Allegany Yardscapes, I was finally able to get in touch with Matt yesterday by text. Not only does he "not like to talk on the phone" but he said he's just doing too many projects right now and is too busy to do my work. If this one-man business doesn't have time to give me a call and professionally let me know he can't do the work then he certainly doesn't have time to take care of your yard either.
