Do not. DO NOT use this company for their services or for a job opportunity. They treat their employees like absolute trash and do not maintain professional service. They run through their employees and constantly have to hire new ones. The manager is a complete hot head with customers. They are unprofessional and let their employees smoke and slack on the job.  They don’t deserve your service and need to be shut down. Do better.
If you want a better company, hire better management to hire better employees.

We have a great management team here and provide a very high standard of professional care to not only our customers but our staff as well. Pitiful communication. The manager blamed me for missing my fall over seeding because I didn’t follow up when I expressed multiple times I needed that service, no one followed up with me for “confirmation” other than a few texts that they claim they sent.

Do yourself a favor and find a company that might actually want your business, seems like All Turf has too many customers to handle.

After decades of using and changing lawn services in different locations around N Fulton and Forsyth, I found All-Turf. For five years they have been consistent with service and price. Year over year our lawn gets healthier and better looking. I highly recommend Mike and his team as they are passionate about what they do and it shows!

I recently bought a new home and it's my first experience with  maintaining a lawn. After much research and shopping around, I decided to go with All Turf because they are locally based and forward thinking.  They've grown so much, even in my short time with them.  Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable from the office staff when they call to let me know I'm scheduled, to my technician Andrew, who let's me know when he arrives each time.

All turf is very responsive and handles a lot of the complexity of day in and day out lawn care maintenance. They visit my house a few times a month and always do a good job of explaining the work they do as well and provide services like mosquito spraying in the summer.

Our technicians are always professional and efficient. A detailed note is left with your invoice after each service. The office calls you a day before your service for a reminder and they are always done on time. Michael Valentin serviced our yard last week and left a note. He was quick and thorough.

My previous lawn care company quit taking care of my lawn after installing a new one in my backyard. Needless to say, my lawn didn't look new for long. All Turf has restored it to a green lush lawn again. They are responsive to my needs and respond immediately to any request. More importantly, they are proactive in caring for the lawn. Their technicians are trained recognizing different diseases and treating weeds without me having to point them out. Refreshing!

My grass was almost gone and they revived it in just one month no weeds at all it’s all healthy grass.My yard looks great thanks All turf for your good job. I will continue using your services!!!!Happy customer 😊

Based on my experience, I'm afraid to say this business is in over their heads.  We've had constant cancellations and rescheduling and our grass simply does not look like it's being professionally serviced. I've patiently listened to their reasons why the weeds are still persisting but I know it can be done with the right attention and products.  I just don't think they can do it to scale.  I will say the only thing they did show up for on time was for an aeration service but that was a separate charge and not part of the original contract.  I cannot recommend this service.  We will not be renewing
