I've been using All Turf for a year now and I'm very satisfied with their service. A year ago my lawn was filled with all types of weeds and patchy areas. This company completely transformed my lawn for the better. No weeds & grass is now green and thick.

I’ve been struggling with a thin lawn and drainage issues for a few years. All turf has always done a good job of weed control but yesterday Don came out and serviced the lawn. He took the time and went that extra step to provide information and suggestions on ways to improve the grass.  Definitely appreciate his attention to detail and will continue to All turf going forward.

Lawn health and weeds have improving over the last year.  Also, thanks to Matt from the Loganville branch for taking the time to pet the dog.  Joe appreciates the love and definitely appreciates no more sand spurs in the paws.

I used All Turf for 11 years and had an ongoing problem with them over the last year, so I needed to terminate the service. I have a sloped front yard, and last year the service tech did an application after several days of rain. The ground was so soft that he left trails of boot prints 1-'2" deep across my lawn. I had the service tech inspect my lawn as he was doing a neighbor's yard, and at first he said it might be too much thatch, but eventually he admitted it was his boot marks.

I contact the office and after several calls a regional manager came out and inspected the lawn. His supervisor agreed to fill in the indentations with sand and core aerate the lawn for free. I considered that making good on a mistake. I also asked the service tech to please not do any applications after heavy rain.

It happened again this year. I contacted the office and the manager said it couldn't possibly be the service tech's fault, because he is only 100lbs soaking wet (same tech as last year) and that I may have caused the boot marks. I cut my lawn diagonally, not left to right, which is the trail of boot marks.

The fact that no one was willing to come out and inspect the lawn, and insinuating that I was the cause of the problem and trying to get free lawn repair was disappointing. Very poor customer service and short sighted leadership.

I didn't believe All Turf when they said give it two years, and your lawn will look great. We moved to GA exactly two years ago this week, and look at the difference. I highly recommend not only the complete lawn care, but the AERATION is a big plus if you want to make your lawn healthier. Another thing I recommend is Top Dressing you lawn with a Golf Mix. Since we top dressed, we haven't had any runoff/thatch problems. Also, I used to cut the grass with a respirator due to the dust/poor quality of the lawn - now I do not need a mask. Walking on the lawn feels completely different/plush, and we have received so many compliments from neighbors going by. As a final note, make sure you sharpen your mower blade, mow at proper time of the day, water - if necessary, and don't let it get too long before cutting. Sometimes I have to cut every four days, sometimes 6 or 7 is okay. It all depends on the weather.

Contacted this company to help with issues with my lawn that previous companies had failed to address.I was fed up spending money on turf care and having such an Ick yard. All Turf was not any different, the WORST of the worst. My landscaper said he was pretty sure I had an insect. I showed the areas of concern to their agent and told him there were signs of insect damage. This was the end of July and that’s when when the first treatment was applied. The did not spray an insecticide on my lawn and not only did they ignore my comments that were based on my yards history but they sprayed for weeds in one of my beds and killed/damaged plants. I immediately called after the first week of August asking for someone to come see and it took over a week to respond.The original agent, Nathan, came and I was then told a manager would come take a look. Brandon, a manager, did not come to my property until 8/18. By this time the damage was extensive(see below pics). It then took another 10 days for my yard to be treated with an insecticide. They then, finally, 6 weeks later (from initial contact)they send their yard expert out(took over a week for him to respond) to take a look and he immediately found full grown beetles. It was insects just as I had said even though they were insistent it was a fungus. DON’T use this company. They are unprofessional and uneducated. I found more info on google about insect damage than they weren’t able to provide to me! Everyone I dealt with was rude, arrogant, argumentative and unapologetic offering me no compensation for my damaged yard other than a refund for my initial payment. I now have to live with this ugliness until the Spring! (The first  photo is 7/8 then the next is 7/20, that’s when I called All Turf. The bottom photos are over the month of August when my yard was be “treated“  by this company. The other two photo show the discovery of the insects on 9/11.)

Mr Marquan Ivory serviced my yard this morning after a heavy storm last night. I was blowing the leaves off the yard, to allow full-application of treatment, when he arrived. He sat patiently for a few minutes to allow me time to finish the prep work.  Calm, patient, and extremely polite.  Thank you Mr Ivory!

The technician Brian Paris came for lawn service today. He introduced himself and asked for permission to walk the property. He was very thorough on his service making sure the whole property was serviced.
Kudos to Brian for a job well done.

Charles Thomas was very nice to ask if I had any questions.  We spoke for a few minutes, and he was able to answer all my questions.  We also came up with a game plan.  He was very concerned about my yard.  Thanks Charles, you are the best!!!!!  Keep up the GREAT  work.

When we hired this lawn company we had just bought a new house with a new lawn, the spring came and we had weeds galore, we hired another big company and their products did nothing, I came across this company and we saw a difference in a few months. This lawn company does not need to charge a high price for watered down products like previous companies that I have tried. They are reasonable and their products does an excellent job. You really see how great their products are when it’s winter time and your lawn looks amazing and here we are, it’s  Spring again and not a weed in sight. It’s been a year and counting and we love their service..
