  Gave me wrong chainsaw chain, went to return it Little Girl behind the counter called me honey, said the chain had been used, which it wasn’t , I have purchased multiple pieces of equipment from these people and a $30 chainsaw chain broke our relationship stay away from this place dishonest lying and conniving people

  We do not take back used parts, and as you were shown where it had been used, you admitted that you may have brought the wrong chain back by accident. We do not mind swapping for the correct chain of you happen to find the unused chain that we sold you, however, you clearly saw that this chain had been used. After cursing at us and calling us ugly names when we stood by not taking this particular one back, you were asked to leave.

  First of all I am agreeing with everyone who wrote a bad review about this place, it has terrible customer service and I would like to know who died and made the young lady behind the desk Queen , she has very low standards and she must be bipolar to think that she can treat people the way she do. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this place, it's bad business. They think they can talk to you anyway they want to and don't expect you to respond
