  After 3 phone calls and a month, John never came to give a quote on trimming my palms. He then decided to give me a quote over the phone. He said he wasn't trying to blow me off; that they gave him the day off. He said he was a week and half behind. I waited a week and a half to set up a date but he never returned my call. I am now writing this at least 2 weeks later and he still hasn't called. Very, very unreliable. They don't give me a reason to praise their business. You are only as good as your word. Your word is your bond. Never make promises you can' t keep. You don't know how it affects the person on the other end.

  They call to let you know when they are coming and they show up on time and are very competent and professional. Very pleased with their service. Sam Barnes & BB are great!
