  If you are making a Kubota Delivery entry from the Kenworth side of the building if you have roll off you can enter from either side for drag off. Unloaded quickly.

  Terrible company. Bought a lawn mower from them a couple years ago and now they don't supply Cub Cadet parts? Waited in line for over 30 minutes to be pushed aside and given no guidance on what I should do. They made it seem like I was wasting their time. Never again will I give this place my business and I'm telling everyone I know not to ever go here. I'm all for supporting local business but this one I won't feel bad about when they inevitably close. They will however make you feel great if you're going to buy a new product, but good luck if you need parts for whatever you buy in the future.

  Absolutely horrible experience. They had possession of my mower from June through August. The technicians are trainees learning how to work on mowers at the customers expense. They delivered it back to me 4 times and it kept stalling out again. After a price tag of $1,300.00, my mower was still inoperable. I sent it to liberty equipment, they fixed the problem and had it back to me to 2 days. My hydro's were not the issue to begin with. In fact, what I needed was a new clutch and 2 pulleys to fix my machine to make it run properly.

  Ms. Catterton, I am sorry you are upset with the outcome of our service on your machine. In Hickory's defense, you were not charged for hydro pumps, any pick up and delivery or service call to your property. You were only charged for the initial coils, and hydro pump seals. You were also given a loaner machine for the majority of the time your machine was in the shop. We also did not charge you for $1800 in parts and labor to help with the repair on a 16 year old machine.
