    I cannot say enough about Tye and his team at All Green. I called several companies to get quotes, many did not even call me back. When Tye arrived he was knowledgeable and provided me with the best solutions for my property. On the day of installation, Tye arrived on time with his team. Everyone was professional and took the utmost care of my property as the work was being completed. I love the Wifi capabilities and mobile app. It all allows me to customize my schedule and use the smart features to water as needed. You can basically "set it and forget it". You can't go wrong with All Green. My lawn and flower beds will be the envy of the neighborhood. ;-)

    Please be careful in dealing with All Green if you have any expectation for strong Customer Service. I inherited them as a contractor when I purchased my home and I’ve had 2 bad experiences with Tye Smith’s company, All Green Lawn Sprinklers in less than a year. First experience was them sending an irrigation tech that was clearly under the influence of something to my house for an irrigation system fall close up. This person was erratically running through my house and pulling at his hair until I got him locked out of the house. I reported this experience immediately to Brittany at All Green’s office (Tye’s wife), and she knew exactly who I was talking about and apologized for his actions as he was just a sub-contractor they used when they were busy. Then for my spring irrigation opening, my account had still not been transferred over from the previous owner to me, keeping me from having any control of my irrigation system. After waiting a month for this to be corrected, I reached out to Brittany in the All Green office and she suggested I take care of this issue on my own, as she was too busy. Finally, after 4 phone calls over 3 different days with the irrigation system manufacturer to help me set up my system where I had control, I reached out to Tye Smith and spoke with him about All Green’s support and what I could look forward to in the future. He ultimately said that if I had 2 bad experiences with All Green, he couldn’t “make me happy” and I would be best served finding another irrigation contractor to service my system. So just be careful when dealing with All Green Lawn Sprinklers if you have an expectation of quality personal service.

    Brett, I did reach back out to you via a phone call last week after we spoke as I wanted to clarify a few things and talk about what we could do to make this right, however we have not heard anything back from you. In regards to your experience, I am truly sorry for the issues you had with our company and as we talked about on the phone, it is never my intention that these things happen and I will work on correcting it on my end in order to give my customers an optimal experience. I do believe that most of what you wrote on your review are over exaggerated and does not represent our operations as our many current customers can attest to. I feel as though you may have been somewhat satisfied with our services as you called us for a spring opening and also a fall closing this season after your past experiences. In fact, Brittney and I were unaware of your continued issues with the Hydrawise wifi controller until this fall as we did not hear back from you in the Spring (May) when Brittney left you a message to have you reach out to the Hunter Hydrawise Wifi support team. If we had known there were such issues (not months later) then we could have tried to correct it for you at that point. As mentioned to you on the phone I felt it best that if you were not completely satisfied with our service you were welcome to call another company and to accept my apology for the issues you had in the past. You wanted assurance that we as a company meet your expectation of customer service and as I stated that without it actually being me on the service call and organizing the call I could not 100% guarantee that and you stated you understood. I felt at the end of the conversation that we were on the same page and that things were left off ok. So again I do apologize that your experience with us was not satisfactory and I will do what I can as the owner to correct that on our end.

    All Green did a fantastic job installing a new sprinkler system for us. Tye and his crew were professional, thorough and precise. The ‘smart’ system we now have can be controlled entirely through my phone - wish I’d called them years ago.
