  A great supplier with friendly service! Advised on and sold my dad a generator that is still chugging along. We stopped by a year later to let them know what a positive experience they made the sale.

  I've used them 4 times now and its always "You'll get it back in a few days." but the reality is over a week and one time it was almost a month. This last time I was told that they would pick up the Toro and get the starter replaced within a day until after two days i called and was now told "A week or week and one-half". Do NOT count on this firm for fast turn-around.

  Was told mower would be ready in 1 1/2 weeks when I dropped it off. After repeated calls to check on it, and asked twice for the boss to call me, it was still not fixed and never heard from the boss. I went in to pick it up after they had it for 5 1/2 weeks and was told it was fixed yesterday. Didn't call me to tell me it was ready and didn't call with the estimate (as I asked them to do). I know it's only a mower repair shop, but you would think they would have some kind of customer service. But, nope! I will never go there again!!!
