  This crew was more expensive than the others quoted but was also known to my management company so i paid nearly 4x more for this crews reputation, however, the service was incomplete. I traveled down several times to find the work incomplete and inquired several times about the work. There was a good bit of pushback eventually resulting in his threats to put a lien on my home for unpaid invoices (despite my repeated efforts reaching out to pay him earlier) and how I was crazy to think he would bring in heavy equipment for free (despite agreeing to do the work anyway. The work will soon be completed with a battery powered chainsaw and half an hour.
