  I've called this place 3 times to have my mower picked up. They always say that they'll call back to set up a time and never do. Taking my business elsewhere Update: I received a call from here the day after I posted this so, several things I'd like to point out. 1. I'm very sympathetic to the loss of a loved one. My mother died at 49 of heart failure and a my sister died at 41 from complications from spinal bifida. I'm not heartless, as they are suggesting. 2. They claim I've only called once, failing to point out that I called once back in September 2021 and another time in October of 2021. 3. I've never heard of a company calling back a potential customer and complaining about their feedback. Who does that? Not to mention, the only time they seem to call me back immediately is to complain about my review. 4.I guess we're both happy I took my business elsewhere. You avoided my potential business and I avoided paying you guys $1700 to fix my mower, found another company, and only payed $850. Lastly, I highly recommend people stay away from this business if this is how they choose to conduct it.

  We only show one missed call from James on 2-3-22. We had a Death in Family on 2-6-22 so there are several people we have not got back to as of yet. We are very glad that he will be taking his business elsewhere as we need all the time we have to take care of our regular caring customers. Thanks, Mark & Tina Alamance County Mowers UPDATE First review states we never called him back. Update claims he called Sept. and Oct. we have call records back to first of Aug. with no calls from him. Also states he was told $1700.00 to repair mower but got it done for $850. This is completely inaccurate as we have never spoke.

  Mark is an excellent gentleman to work with. Unlike other small businesses, Mark is the only employer, CEO, CFO, and "The One and Only" (TOaO). Works by appointments only. Unlike so many who promise you your stuff fixed and ready tomorrow, then you get it a week later, Mark thru appointments manages his time effectively and efficiently. Workmanship is impeccable and prices are very reasonable. I have been using Alamance Mowers for many years and would recommend him extremly high.

  Excellent at repairs at a fair price. This guy has lots of experience and was so good that before going in to business by himself he used to work at large shops serving multiple states where he'd diagnose the problem and oversee the repair. Works on all kinds of mowers and trimmers. Honest and straightforward. If he can't fix it then he won't charge you (at least he didn't me on a 10y old trimmer, didn't charge for his time or the parts he ordered). I like that he schedules ahead so there is quick turnaround. Be aware that by early March he's often booked through May. Plan ahead : it's worth it.
