After almost 9 years with this company, you figure your lawn will be the envy of the neighborhood. That’s not the case,, my bad for given them the benefit of the doubt. Time to look for a new company that won’t disappoint.

We have been disappointed multiple times and have had to complain to their management frequently. We paid for lawn service including weeding our flower beds, but parts of our backyard are left covered in leaves that kill the grass because they tend to only use a string trimmer instead of a lawnmower to do the whole back yard. I guess it is too much trouble to take a push mower back there to do it right. And instead of pulling weeds in the flower gardens, the rare times they do anything, they just take a string trimmer and hit some of the tall weeds. But they don't just hit the weeds, this last time they took out our whole section of Pinks. But they leave invasive species like Virginia Creeper that need to be removed from the beds. I understand they have had staffing shortages and we have tried to be patient with those issues, but their recent visit left my wife totally frustrated.

Unreliable, poor quality service. My contract is to cut my grass four times a month. Today is June 22nd. They have been here one time this month. My contract also requires them to maintain my bushes. I had to trim them myself because they failed to do their job. Because of their poor performance and reliability I terminated their contract.

Unfortunately, due to a shortage of employees our customers are being impacted with the frequency of visits we are able to provide. Given the chance to discuss the matter we try to come to an agreement with customers who are being impacted. We would love the chance to discuss the matter with you and try to come to a resolution before you commit to canceling services completely. We understand your frustration completely, and we strive to do everything in our power to make sure our customers are satisfied with their services.
