The views expressed here are strictly my personal opinion: Found a garden tractor online. Item was advertised online with 200 hours of use. It was delivered with 255 hours on it, plus an oil leak. Worked with store management to achieve a mutual resolution. Mistakes do happen and they owned up to it and worked to solve it. Nice job.
