  Easy company to work with, great value and communication. Always deliver as promised! We use them for snow removal on a few commercial sites as well, and they provide excellent service. Highly recommend!

  I've used them for a couple of years now. They do a great job mowing etc. However beware - they do NOT warranty their trees, even though their paperwork indicates they do. Last June I had 2 trees planted. One did not survive. When I called in the spring (under a year), they said it wasn't covered under warrant. When I stated the invoice indicates there is a one year warranty, they didn't give a reason. Just said it isn't warrantied. I should note I paid in full for the two trees and watered as appropriate. One tree did survive. These guys are arrogant and unethical.

  We do offer warranties and we stand by our installation and products. However, warranties are void if plantings die due to neglect or the final project payment is not made at the time of completion. This is stated on all AK proposals and contracts. Thank you - AK Lawn Care Management.

  Live in Dundee subdivision. These guys have been either too early (5am day before snow) or too late on snow removal religiously. I hate to leave negative/bad reviews but it has been 2 months of lackadaisical effort. Snowed in 3 times where I spent two hours shoveling just to be able to use my vehicle and was late for work. Then they come days after the snowstorm and everyone has already shoveled their walks/driveways. Slipping/sliding down the road for days because there is snow and frozen ice. As a renter it is extremely frustrating to not receive services on time. Late is almost just as bad as not coming at all. You guys gotta do better. I appreciate the effort from the workers as they appear to work hard and don’t have control where they are sent to work. Also, when they use the salt sprayer, instead of evenly dispersing it, it is left in piles by the front door. It gets all over my car/windshield and that is something that has happened several times and is disrespectful to others property.

  Hello Keyan. Thank you for the feedback. You are referencing a condominium site that has smaller driveways, and there are parked vehicles in the driveways 24/7, which makes it difficult for our team members to access the areas and complete the snow removal. We have reached out to the management company multiple times for cleanup coordinating, but no luck. Now that most of the vehicles are moved (Feb 18, 2:55 PM), our team is able to access the areas with proper equipment, and complete the final snow removal and de-icing process.
