  They Pretty much suck. I won't buy there. The kid behind the counter sits in a chair, won't get up and talk with you. Basically tells you they don't want to work on your equipment and you should buy new from them. They want to charge you $50 just tell you what you already know which is why I went there anyway. Then they want $150 an hour which is the same charge at vehicle dealership. So no, I recommend finding another place to do business.

  Hi John, we're happy to work on your equipment, but sometimes its just not worth putting money into. $50 is a diagnostic charge we require upfront on all handheld equipment and our labor rate is $100/hour for handhelds. We're sorry your unhappy with the rates, but due to the current economy, we've had to adjust our prices just like many other businesses.
