I take all of the Stihl gadgets I own over there for "physicals" after Spousling abuses them!  Yesterday I bought another one!  A little "girl" sized chainsaw.  The big "boys" chainsaw is back in business .  Back to irradicating buckthorns!

Woman was so very unhelpful... very rude ..told me that she had been in business 30 years yet she couldn't help me find a bolt to my snow blower...do not go to this business..this is the second time that this person has been very rude and disrespectful to me...I will never ever go back there again!!!

The staff member behind the cash register, was quick to say "No, we don't have it" so quickly and multiple times, even said it before we could finish a question, that it felt like we weren't welcome in there. Not helpful to even guide us into how to find the items we needed for the lawn mower. I was in absolute shock and fueled with disgust to see how poorly we were treated.

This place is awesome very nice laid-back knowledgeable people it was great doing business with them cannot wait for my next Stihl purchase it makes spending the money a little less painful when you have such an awesome sales associate matt

horrible customer service, i was treated rudely on the phone by their staff and when i did ask about my needed part, they claimed to not carry that part as it "was not a lawn mower engine part, which he rudely told me that they only deal in engine parts" when i tried to explain further his rudeness went through the roof!. i would not recommend coming here if this is the treatment to be expected. I would gladly spend my money at a backyard mechanic repair shop than come here!

If you buying new I guess it would be ok parts would not recommend ordered a part a month ago called today still not in going to get money back bad bad bad service don't recommend them at all should have known gave them one star because I wanted to give a review

They are sooo rude.  I wanted to purchase lawn equipment and also get my tractor repaired.  I called and said, "Good Morning, how are you today"?  The guy said, "Busy".  Wow their  public relations is horrible I could only imagine  how it would be to deal with them.  No thank you!!! I'll spend my money where it's appreciated!

Went there to get a new chain for my saw and they did not know what it was  brought the numbers off guide bar from Sthil and was no help so I left don’t buy anything from this place I will tell everyone not to shop there

If I could give it  a zero I would I just called there and asked if they repair lawn mowers, and the guy that answered the phone was so rude . He asked me abruptly what kind of lawn mower and I told him and he SHOUTED NO! NO! AND hung up.  Wow wont refer anybody there ever in life !
