I Wanted to take a moment and let everyone know what type of service to expect with Mississippi Ag. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with this company. The reason why....is exceptional service. For me service is more important than sales. We bought a new baler from them a few weeks back. We had issues with it in the field Saturday afternoon after the dealership was closing. Chad the service manager, went way over and beyond and sent us a technician James out. James stayed in the hay field until 11 pm saturday night to make sure things were working properly. James and Chad then called Sunday to check and make sure things were still good. The level of service they provide exceeds the competition. I will not buy anywhere else period..

My husband called this place and requested a diagram of the pulley system so he could put the new belt on his lawnmower. I don't know who he talked to, but was assured that a picture of the diagram would be texted to him. After waiting about half an hour and not getting the picture, he called again. They were closed. If they can't handle a request as simple as this, they clearly need better service people. Our next lawnmower will NOT be a John Deere.

We do have record that the diagram was sent via text and received. We are checking to see if the number was correct. I purchased 5075e from Ms ag in August. It took 3 weeks for delivery. They claimed they had all service bays full and could not get it in for pre delivery check. When it was delivered it had wrong loader. Bucket on it. 66 inch rather than 72 inch which paper work called for.. It also did not have brush guard like paper work called for. Hydraulic hoses did not have sheath enclosure. . Two sets of lug bolts missing. I purchased mx15 flex wing clipper in April. When delivered the right wing blades turned backward. They pointed out that heard box gears assembled wrong. When PTO engaged on many occasions it stalls tractor engine.
