Schedule an appointment for 1200 hr service on my 3901 one month prior because I was informed that they were a month behind. Dropped off my tractor on my scheduled date (Saturday) and was informed by Albert that they would look at it on Tuesday and would call me. Did not received a call! Waited till Thursdays to call and was told that haven't looked at it because they are month behind. So they lied to me about calling and would only make excuses. Even the manger whom said would call me that because it had a code fault, they would not get to it even though he said he would look at it two days prior. Told them do or do not do the service but I would pick it up Friday. They said they would do the service and call me that evening or the next morning. They didn't. Lied again. I went and picked the tractor up. They did do the service. Oil looked new and tractor greased. Due to lack of honoring their word (lying) & poor customer service, I will not utilize this business for my needs again. If I can't trust them to keep their word, how can I trust they will do what they said they did?

Poor service and fails to meet deadlines, owner became aggressive when requested to speak to him about the deadline not being met and ultimately returned the atv that was taken for repair still taken apart and with parts missing , initially they even refused to load the machine on to a trailer because it wouldnt start and run with all the parts off and missing...NEVER MIND IT RAN WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF , I even have the before and after pictures time stamped from the date it was left and the day it was picked up , it was a simple matter of the throttle sticking and an oil change , took it another place and had it fixed in three days after having to purchase the parts they did not return with the machine. I own my own business and out-sourced the machine because my shop was full . Deadlines and customer service are my first priority , Apparently its not an industry standard in this part of the country. and apparently it takes a few weeks to change oil and replace the throttle cable. i have no idea why they had the belt housing off and secondary clutch disassembled as shown in the pictures , since it has nothing to do with a throttle cable sticking or an oil change. I dont need to steal his business, he Inadvertently sends me customers.. and as to the claim i would start my own company... i was wearing my company uniform with the name clearly embroidered on the left side of the shirt , both when I dropped the machine off and when i had to come recover it , like i said this was an out-source because my shop was full and when i say your machine will be ready in a timely manner ..it will be.. even if i have to out-source it and do the quality control check myself.. that machine was whole and ran when I dropped it off , i drove it off the trailer myself....and yes i may have given your lying service manager a friendly gesture of what i thought about my experience...well its either the service manager that lies to his boss , or maybe its a business model
Response from the owner
Yes, I remember you coming into my office stating that my service department had had your unit for a few weeks and had not yet repaired it. After looking into the matter; I was informed by my service manager that the unit was brought in torn apart looking like someone else had already attempted to repair it and several parts were missing. When you were informed that parts were missing and we could not complete the repair due to this issue you came into my office and told me that my service department was incompetent and how we could not repair anything that was brought to us. You also said that you were going to open your own repair shop and take as much business from us as possible. After listening to you run down my service department and business I decided it was best to just release the unit back to you and not get involved in the repair. Before you took possession of the unit we explained one more time the issue with the unit before releasing it to you to load onto your trailer. While exiting the premises, you flipped off my service manager which was extremely uncalled for. In my opinion, you should not write a false, one-sided review especially if it was just to make Ag. Equipment look bad so you can take business from us. -C Sutherland

I bought a BRAND NEW Polaris Ranger 900 XP EPS CREW from a San Antonio Polaris dealer. This machine was bought in early 2020 and at the time I added almost every option you could add (except lift kits etc) at a cost of several thousand dollars in accessories. My salesman told me the first MAJOR service was at 60-hours. I took my Polaris Ranger last week for its first MAJOR service at 54-hours. The service advisor treated me like dirt to say the least and berated me over and over because I did not bring it in for a 25-hour service. I tried to explain that I live 2.5 hours away and trailering my Ranger there, dropping it off, picking it back up to bring it back home was 10-hours of total trailering for me - so we just changed the oil at 25-hours locally. It went downhill from there. I was then told that my 60-hour service would be $700.00 (plus wear items) since I skipped allowing them to service at 25-hours. I called AG Equipment, INC and spoke with their service department and they told me that their 60-hour service interval was $225.00. Ag Equipment was professional, courteous, responsive and more so than anything they made me feel very important to them. I have already taken my other two Rangers to them for their routine service and look forward to posting a great review on that work also. I am picking up my 2019 Polaris Ranger Crew from the San Antonio dealer and taking it to AG Equipment, INC. It is clear that they KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING and more so than anything THEY 100% care about their customers and they are going to price their service work according to the work required!
