  AFFLI did my landscaping and they are contracted for the lawn maintenance. They installed palm trees of poor quality and even agreed to exchange one however, they ignor my emails and calls when trying to schedule the install. Bruce (owner) and Eve (manager) have been totally unprofessional and unresponsive, the maintenance staff are wonderful and responsive to customers. So as of this writing, I haven’t heard back on my install or even if they honor the warranty. It’s not surprising my builder has contracted with a new landscaping company.

  I have never had to do a bad review on a company but I feel in my heart that i need to let people dealing with this company know what has happen to me and a company I represent. I represent a company which sells pine straw by the truck load. Affordable Landscape called and needed 3 truckloads and soon. They have always paid in the past so it would not be a problem shipping and delivering on the time frame they needed. Now it has been 90 days and no payment. A truck load of pine straw is $3,400 so times (3) $10,200. First response on a text was the check is in the mail (Lied) Heard that before. No return phone calls. We are not a huge operation and especially in these times that sales have been down can't afford this kind of business. So, please be aware of their slimy business practices.

  If i could leave 0 stars I would. The owner Bruce is very unprofessional. I have seen him driving around twice now and he drives like hes on something. I dont know how this guy is still in business, he either flakes off, or takes my money first and doesnt complete the job. It's no wonder he has 2 other reviews with only 1 star
