Advandage treated my house inside and outside for millipedes and did a wonderful job.
In fact the treatment worked better than I had expected. I was very pleased.

Came out to help handle a scorpion problem.  So far I haven’t seen any so fingers crossed it stays that way.   The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the whole process.

Would recommend.

Wouldn't go back if you paid me.  Food was lousy service was lousy.  They were more interested in cleaning so they could close up.

I called Advantage for help with large spiders and the scheduler was extremely kind over the phone and a tech was able to come out the same day. The tech was courteous and quick, which we appreciated in the midst of COVID. The spray they use is not toxic to children or animals once dried. The whole process from scheduling to payment could not be more smooth and we have been very happy with the results so far!

Our technician was very polite, and he was in and out quickly. He showed up earlier than expected, but he made sure to call us in advance to check with us that that was okay to do. Very happy with their service. Ants and wasps have been gone since.

When we moved into our new home, the previous owner said that he never had pest issues, as the neighbors used pest control. For four months of summer, that appeared to be accurate. But then, ant hills started showing up, along with ant trails up the walls outside. And then we noticed many spider webs, in garage but also inside. The final straw was the appearance of scorpions, even walking across our living room floor!

After checking reviews, we decided to call Advantage. They sent out a technician within a couple of days, and he thoroughly treated the ant hills (17 in total) and fully treated the house inside and out. Within 2 weeks, all ant and spider activity was gone. No scorpions were seen since.

Months later, we’ve had our first follow-up. We still haven’t seen any evidence of any pests, nor did the technician (Derek) see any activity.

Derek has been personable, attentive, punctual and thorough. We have been billed as was promised (without surprising fees or timing issues). The results have been clear and conclusive. All in all, a very professional organization.

Fast and friendly service! We are new to Texas and were surprised by the pests. Advantage Pest Control was the best call I made. They were able to quickly schedule our first appointment and the tech was great. He listened to my concerns and was very thorough in his spraying. He even did the attic and crawl spaces! I loved these guys at first, but after about a year of using them, I noticed that whoever was coming out was not actually doing anything, and we were paying for nothing. They sent someone else out to do a free spray in March, and that still did nothing... Fast forward to July, and I get a collections notice in the mail from them. Never received a bill, never received a phone call (the lady admitted no one was even making calls anyways) and never got any emails.  Turns out that I just hadn't switched my old debit card number to my new one, but the fact that NO ONE tried to contact me is ludicrous. Now, my credit is messed up because they sent my bill to collections!!! No one contacted me about it, so I had no idea.
So, not only do they not do a good job, they have ZERO customer service, and will likely ruin your credit.  DO NOT USE.

Sean, We sent you an email every single week since March telling you what you owe. That’s 5 months of emails every Friday. Looks like your wife’s email so check with her on that. We also mailed you a physical past due notice, twice, letting you know that we still have not received your March payment. After being ignored for 5 months we did turn your account over to collections. Sorry about the whole situation, but that’s typically what happens when you ignore past due notices for 5 months. Give us a call and ask for Daniel so we can have a discussion, maybe there is an amicable resolution we would both be happy with.
