We own a Power Smart snowblower. Wouldn't start. Tried a variety of places and no one services this brand. Advanced Small Engine Repair took a look and fixed it. He explained what he did and why. I highly recommend this business and they will now have a repeat customer.

When the location close to me was booked out two weeks in advance I was able to call Ryan and he got me in the very next day. I received my snowblower a week later and it ran just as good as it did when I first bought it.

Thank you For all your help guys… I’m widowed , single without any means of transportation for my Snowblower that is less than a yr old and only used one time last year but I purchased one that will drive itself & has a button to start it which I had to have these things being a small person w no help but anyways bought new last year and under warranty so I try to start it won’t start so I call Lowe’s and they tell me they don’t fix in store and send somewhere will be a month wait and I have to get it there so my daughter that lives out of state found this company on the internet . They offer pick up and delivery but I guess the truck used was out of commission so back to square one… Ryan the guy at the store calls back and said he found someone to pick up. He said 2 weeks or less to be safe but called me back in less than week and it works again and he told me to drain my gas or run it out or this will happen again? I didn’t know so learned something new but ty for all your help and I will hopefully never see ya again for my snowblower but will pass your name out to friends. Take care

Thank you Julie so very much for the review! You honestly helped us more than we helped you & normally I always try to help anyway I can & when you told me a little about your situation I was very happy to do just that but like you mentioned in review never leave gas in your equipment otherwise it will happen again at some point. I recommend just putting enough in to do your area and whatevers left just let it run until it dies. Once it dies like we discussed prime it one last time and try to start and you should be good. Ty & take care Julie! Advanced Small Engine Repair
