  Be very careful if you see this company near your property. They do not respect the property of non-clients. This fall, they were performing areation services at my neighbor's house. Oddly enough, my neighbor's property includes about a foot wide strip of grass adjacent to my front yard that goes all the way to the back yard. For reasons I can't believe, this company chooses to still areate this pointless area of grass. So essentially, the machine is wider than the area of grass, which means the machine will operate on my property as well. Problem is, they ran over two of my irrigation heads, one with the wheel and one with the teeth of the areation machine. I noticed the one was not rotating like it should. I contacted the company, the owner came out and appeared nice and took a ton of pictures and videos. He said he would send an irrigation specialist out to take a look at it. A day later, I received an email from Action Lawncare, claiming theres is no damage (specialist never came) and incorrectly saying I have a preexisting irrigation leak, suggesting companies for me to call. Very disappointed in the lack of ethics of this company over a $10 head.

  This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life. I requested a quote for the aeration and was not happy with the quote. The next weekend they sent their trucks to my house and started aerating my lawn without my consent. This is not the first time this has happened with them. They did it before with a lawn cutting as well. After I complained to them about the matter they denied they would ever send the workers without my request and threatened me through emails. With them the customer is always wrong, and they will deny any wrong doing. Do not ever use action lawn care unless you want to be victimized!
