  We have been fighting roaches for a long time. One treatment from ACI took care of them. I will continue their services to keep unwanted critters away. Scott was very professional and on time. He asked later how things were going, did we need him to come back. Not a lot of folks these days really care or take pride in their work. Greg does a great job training his crew and office help (Alice) to care about their customers beyond the job they do! Very refreshing! Thank you for a job well done. Would highly recommend Greg Rice and the ACI employees!

  Highly recommend! I had a lot of issues with spiders. Within 15 minutes of sweeping down webs they would re-appear. I called ACI and not only did he spray the inside and outside but removed ALL of the webs (and there was a lot of them!) - which was over and beyond what I had expected. During one of their visits, he either noticed fire ant activity or wanted to prevent any and applied fire ant bait as well for no additional charge. They call prior to my quarterly visit and arrive as scheduled. My house is now bug free and I'm super happy.

  I had an immediate issue that needed service, being new to the area , I didnt have a reference established. Called around town, but only one company really took the initiave to resolve my concern. ACI went above and beyond to quickly help identify our pest control problem and took care of our house. Being a business owner (23 years) myself, I'm a critic of customer service and products. ACI really is the best! Give them a call, you'll be happy you did! Thank you ACI, your office staff and techs have been wonderful!
