Rhett Thompkins and his staff always go above and beyond to help out the customer. Never a bad experience. Awesome location!

I have dealt with this location several times and have had great experiences but today I am thoroughly disappointed Two ladies that answered the phone had very rude customer service leaving me on hold  for 11 minutes with no explanation I hung up called back and was left on hold for 23 minutes this time I asked are they really busy and she said what do you think that's why you are on hold and placed me on hold again this is terrible behavior from someone that is supposed to offer customer service not employee attitude towards the customer I was polite but very disturbed by this treatment. NEVER will I shop or recommend this place to anyone.

Floor clerk was friendly, nice and very helpful. Lady cashier was hostile, abrupt and had the personality of a flea.
