Go to berea, not worth arguing with this older guy that works there if a product does a certain way lord… save the headache and drive a little. Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks but I yet to see one here

Both times that I have been in the store, the staff were super helpful. They took me back to the item I was looking for, instead of just telling me what aisle it was in. Every time, the staff has been very friendly.

Always friendly staff! I think there closing at 6:00 P.M. now but not sure. I went there yesterday at 6:30 and they were closed.

Customer service is beyond. These guys work together as a team and solve blue collar problems. They ain’t scared to talk about God. They represent the old fashioned Ace Hardware Values that’s been there since I can remember. God bless these guys and Ace Hardware.

Jonathan tried to fix my wheel pump sprayer, but alas, it was too old and broken. I guess sprayers aren't supposed to last 20 years!?!

Shop here all the time, they have great sales, and one guy in particular is always eager to help. All of the staff are friendly and try to assist every customer to complete satisfaction.
