The best lawn service company we have ever used!! Our lawn mower was not working and I called this company to mow our lawn for just one time. From my previous experiences, most of the companies won't do it. But, Beth was very friendly and told me that they were busy that day and wanted to know if it's ok to mow our lawn the next day. James texted me to let me know before he headed to my house. James and his crew did a GREAT job mowing my lawn and whacking the weeds. They are very professional and super friendly. We have been using different lawn services for years and Absolute Outdoor Services is the only company we will use from now on and forever!! :)

Mike Kennell and his team designed and installed a native plant bed that was beyond my expectations, with a flagstone path, dry run creek and bridge. We are on a main street so I needed a bed that was attractive and showcases how native plants can be used successfully in the landscape. By the way, native plants are the ones that support native insects like monarchs and bees which in turn benefit the entire ecosystem. All the neighbors have commented on the unique and attractive bed design. All the people at Absolute are great to work with. I highly recommend them.

When I called I asked to speak to an experienced contractor directly. I was told that I needed to describe the full details of the property and proposition on the phone before he would reach out to contact me. When I tried to explain that I'd prefer to speak to him directly first, the phone operator became unprofessional and rude before I could tell her why that was the case. My apologies for the misunderstanding, but if a simple request posed kindly can't be handled with professionalism I don't see how anyone could expect a positive relationship with this business.
