  I went in yesterday and told the gentleman at the parts counter I needed a transmission oil filter for my tractor. After he looked the part number up and asked another employee for assistance to confirm, I left with the filter. Got home and realized he sold me the hydro filter instead. Just took the hydro filter back and exchanged it for the transmission filter. More expensive, no problem. Left and looked at my receipt…they charged me a $9.61 restocking fee. Did not bother to go back and complain. I have always heard how much Absolute Kubota will rip you off. Bought my tractor in KY last year after they beat Absolutes price by $1000. I won’t ever go back to Absolute. Would rather drive further for great customer service and will do so for now on.

  I got the 60 inch bad boy eXMark from these fine folks. A friend of mine is a John Deere dealer, and their comparable model was a few thousand dollars less so I was inclined to give him a shot at the business — and I did. But my comparisons and talking to an awful lot of people with experience with both of these manufacturers led me to stick with the company that’s been building zero turn mowers for a much longer period of time. This mower is a beast. Could not be happier with the purchase or the people I did business with.
