The guys that do the repairs in the back are great, but the owner is very rude and seems to enjoy arguing, but hates being proved wrong. I went in to order some small parts for my z-turn mower, with my model #, told him that it took dual parts, and he proceeded to let me know there was no such thing for that model...until he checked the book that's behind the counter...then he became even more out of sorts. I get the feeling that he has issues with women, like barefoot, pregnant and in the kitchen is our place. I've also heard him talk down to the older ladies that work there and I no longer go anyplace in Abilene for yard equipment repairs or parts, unless buying belts from Stout.

Love the ease of mailing things off. Also we always go here to rent items - Bob cat mainly. Love the service we receive. They rent just about everything you'd think of.

When I came in to use their UPS Services, another gentleman walked in a few minutes after me & the owner, which is an elderly man, was going to help me but saw I needed some boxes to mail off a couple of pkges & decided to help the gentleman who walked in after me & they were going to head over to the Golf Course to check something out for him, but that gentleman said something to the effect of “No help her first, she was here first, I can wait” but the owner said “No, she can wait” & looked at me & continued “Is that ok, I will only be gone for 10-15 minutes?” And he started heading out the door w/o seeing what my answer was! So I decided to leave & come back another day. When I did, the owner again seemed in a hurry, like I was bothering him & he tried to pkge up my two boxes with flimsy boxes, no extra packaging, one piece of tape & I asked “Are you sure that’s going to hold it good”? And he said “Oh it will be fine”. And then forgot to give me my tracking numbers for the pkges in his hurry to rush me out the door. Well come to find out one of my pkges didn’t make it & was damaged & they didn’t bother to let me know until a mth later trying to locate this pkge. The lady said “I won’t be able to look it up for at least a few dys” And then when I got the call from her she told me what UPS said in the email to them that it was damaged & that they are not responsible, that it wasn’t packaged well. But I told her “I wasn’t the one that packaged it, the gentleman did. Plus he told me it was insured!” And she told me to just call the main UPS office & take my complaint up to them. Ridiculous! If you are going to be a remote UPS Drop-Off Service, wouldn’t you take the extra care to make sure the packages you help box up is able to be mailed off?? And then not to take responsibility? Very frustrating!! Sorry for the long explanation there.
