I am very satisfied with the service provided. The worker texted to let me know they would arrive in 30 minutes. They arrived on time. The uniforms made it easy to identify them as representatives of ABC. Both workers were polite and friendly. They did an excellent job cutting back my 30 foot red tips. All limbs and debris was removed and cleaned up. They took much care to protect the solar panels on top of the house. I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. Thank you Jake for assessing the need and providing the quote. Thank you Mark and Leo for your work!

I called ABC to repair my Whirlpool dryer and Whirlpool refrigerator ice maker. It took Steven 4 visits to get the ice maker working. Not sure if he will have to come back. After 3 visits I actually asked for a different technician but I was informed he was the only appliance technician. I surprised a large company only has 1 appliance technician. Now the dryer is a completely different situation. Steven took my dryer completely apart. He informed my daughter (I was at work) that the part would be $300 and to install it all together it would be $1,300. Of course I told my daughter to have him just work on the ice maker. When he returned a few days later he asked about the dryer. She told him we were still deciding. In the mean time I had another company come out and the part and installation was less than $400. Not sure was kind of game Steven was playing. It makes ABC look horrible. So with that, I won't call them again even if the ice maker stops working properly.

Carlos with ABC Pest Control did a fantastic job. He waited for me to corral my cats and dogs into safe locations before treating each area. I have been using ABC Pest Control service for a few years, and their service is always outstanding.
