AAA Landscape is the best! If you live in Bend you know how backed up landscapers are right now. Geno personally answered the phone the first time I called and made a plan right then to go view my property. He was timely and succinct and gave me a quote exactly when expected. Once we moved forward, the office manager called to make sure all my questions were answered and I was scheduled with in a week for a complete fall clean up. They had a full team there for an entire day and did not leave until the job was done. The work they did was exceptional. Everything is trimmed and cleaned up to perfection. They were very diligent and dependable! I would recommend them in a second and plan to use in the future.

I really like the work AAA Landscape does for our lawn, garden beds, and sprinkler system. They maintain our front yard for what I believe is a good price. I talked with several other lawn maintenance companies to get an idea what could be done at what price. AAA came in at an equally competitive or lower priced rate. Geno also told me he was willing to negotiate especially if I find a better rate elsewhere. What finally sold me was the personable qualities that Geno has. He was knowledgeable and very happy to talk to me about lawn care and answer any questions I had. He appreciates my business and I am happy with our professional relationship. If there is one area that could be improved it is email communications. Phone calls are the preferred communication for this company. I find it hard to catch calls and make them with a busy toddler in tow. Emailing them is just a slow response method.

EDIT : - Your first response on 9/24/2018 was professional and refreshing, now that you've(Geno?) changed it 9/25/2018... You can add as many quips as you want about the brakes from a year ago and change your response as you wish. This review was/is about your lack of professionalism in needing to bring personal attacks into the business's family publicly, also expressing frustration and confusion at us passing on your bid, the bid was also months ago. All of this is just strange - Hands were washed and the past was the past, as we'd prefer it to be. Original: In response to Geno Perez publicly attacking my family with libel on our business google page we felt the need to let your business know why we passed on your services. It was not being embarrassed by anything as Geno claimed - A while back we asked for a bid to trim some trees and remove two shrubs from my parents rental. Geno gave what felt like a very high estimate(Something well over $700 for two people to trim) and said that the removal of 2 shrubs would kill the near-by tree. We did not want to kill the tree and felt that the price was very high. My father, that is almost 60 years old, did all of the trimming in less than 2 hours by himself (including clean-up and run to dump) - we felt that Geno's bid was way too high for what needed done, and with the removal of the shrubs not possible, we passed on your services. We are glad that Geno has removed the libel, however we're still confused and disappointed with this outcome of relations. Good luck and best wishes with your future business ventures.
