Hi Scott, just saw this review and wanted to say thank you! It takes a team sometimes and we consider you part of ours.

The first way to lose business is to take information by phone, promise an estimate and then never follow up. It’s as if my request and my contact information fell into a black hole.

About a week ago I happened to see an A&S Land & Lawn Care crew in my neighborhood, so I spoke with them and got a business card. I called them the same day...... and over a week later I still haven’t received a call back. Finally I took the initiative and called him back, and it was as if he had never spoke to me or set up an appointment. It’s these things that make the difference in gaining or losing business.

Allan, Yes sometimes things do fall into cracks.  It's not something that we are proud of to have happened  but we all make mistakes from time to time.  Thank you for your review

Service quality went down cut over cut... They showed up late at least a week or 4 days several times. Received complaint from HOA because of their tardiness. Have pics to share and videos of their poor quality. Lack of integrity. Its too bad.

Chip, I called you and asked if we could skip your cut which is an every other week cut for that week you are talking about because of three days of back to back  rain and you said yes it wasn't that bad.  We can't help the rain and you know it rained every week for about two months this spring.
Yes I will admit the quailty of cuts went down for your house.   I asked you if you could remove the dog feces from the back yard which you said that you would.  You never removed any of the feces which was nasty and very unhealthy for us to be working in.  My workers just didn't want to go your house because of how nasty it is.  You should be ashamed that you would let your dogs go out there. This is my fault and I should have cancelled our services because of how nasty it was.  You didn't mention that part in your review.
