I had been going to the same place for years until I needed a snowblower attachment assembled, which the other place doesn't do. I decided to try Pethke, am I glad I did! Anytime I have a problem, they go above and beyond to help! I won't go anywhere else

One stop shop! If you need a  Lawn Mower,  Snow Blower or anything in between they have it. They also do repairs so call them to fix your equipment! Highly Recommend!

A small owner operated shop like the good old fashioned hardware stores sadly you can't find anymore. Todd the owner who's friendly, honest & helpful offers good service, selection, and knows the equipment he sells, just like his parents did. I was also pleasantly surprised to find he has competitive pricing with the box chains... which incidentally offer nothing in my opinion except the machine you are going to buy, if it's in stock. I also shopped some other lawn equipment shops nearby and would recommend his as the best. Check them out for rentals to, they helped me out when no one else had the machine I needed.

They will gladly sell you equipment that doesn’t work very well and isn’t suited for what you are doing! They sold me a Billy Goat Lawn Vac. Now I find out from the manufacture it is not a lawn vac at all and was made for cleaning parking lots!!! That is why it doesn’t shred leaves very well.

They don’t know enough about the equipment that they sell. The owner showed me how to use it, and take the bag off and on. He did not put it back on correctly. So when we were going to first use it, it would not start. I had to bring it all the way back to their store because he had no idea there is a safety switch on the bag. So if it broke down, this guy would be fixing it???

I also purchased a blower at the same time that did not work properly. They owe me $4,200 They are VERY SHADY!

Called 4 other places for a part for my Troy-built snow blower. Kept hearing that they are can order it. Called Pethke,  They had what I needed in stock when others didn't. My 2100 is working as new. I will make the call them first from now on. Thanks Sandy!

They have been good to me sales and service.    A lawnmower and leaf blower bought new and only needed blades sharpened.

These guys are great. They fixed my pressure washer and took the time to explain how to care for it properly. I also bought a chainsaw from them. Their price was less than home depot and took the time to show me how to use it. If you need service or are in the market for a lawnmower,chainsaw or snowblower you can skip home depot and menards. This is the place to go.

A pethke service is phenomenal Todd used to run the place unfortunately Todd passed away on us here way too early his son has taken over the business nice to see a younger man take after his dad and run the shop to perfection a must stop for service Sandy at the front desk is very polite and knows her stuff I referred over 15 people to these guys nice to have a mom and pop shop around town where you don't feel like you're getting ripped off

Walked into Pethke to purchase a new auger belt had they had a couple now blowers in stock and the price was cheaper than other places I visited so i purchased and they built it and help me load it in my truck.

I have been there multiple times. The owner of a.pethke service, he might seem nice on a random visit but, take longer than five minutes and (his name's Todd & has glasses)he becomes a complete bi-polar @$$#*!=. He doesn't listen to the consumer. You ask one question too many and he blows you off.. (it's not like i would like to know all about whatever it is i am buying or if it could handle what i am looking to do with it.) His employees, are ten times better with the customers than that guy. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful. I've seen two other men working in the back (one is clean shaven and one has a longer beard) I've had small conversations with both of them and they are very patient people. I did notice that there is a lot of safety issues thought, the lack of access to the fire extinguishers, no walk ways to the fire exit and when I was allowed in the back gate, all the grease and oil pooled on the ground that can run into the streets and draining systems. If the employees were to buy the guy out, that would be a great place.
