10,10,10 STARS!! Had my 17 zone irrigation system installed by A+. I was impressed and amazed how they were able to complete the install in just one day. The guys were there from sun up to sun down. My lawn improved in just 2 weeks after the install. I also have the weed & feed program as well as core aeration completed by A+. WOW!! What a difference that made on my 2.12 acre lawn in just a few short months!! I highly recommend these services if you have a thin and weedy lawn like mine was as my grass came back so much thicker and greener the following Spring. I continue to use these services every year to maintain my beautiful lawn. I finally have the perfect lawn after waiting 25 years before using A+.

Not great. The appointment was scheduled for 11am yesterday. I called at 11:15am to see where the service person was and was routed to an answering service. That person told me I would receive a call back from A+ Outdoor Services within an hour. They never returned my call. The service person finally arrived at 12:30pm. I asked if he was supposed to be here at 11 - he shrugged and mentioned something about having trouble with the app. He didn't apologize or seem concerned that he was 90 minutes late. One of my sprinkler valves needed to be replaced, which required the in-ground box to be removed. When he put it back in place, it was uneven and 1-2 inches above ground (it had been flush with the ground). He also left some ground cloth sticking up - it is supposed to go underneath the rocks).

Due to traffic, construction, etc. in addition to just the nature of troubleshooting, it is nearly impossible to provide an exact time for irrigation service appointments. Therefore, similar to phone/cable companies, delivery companies, and many other home service companies, we never schedule exact times but we set our appointments for 2 hour windows which is much smaller than a 4 hour window or AM/PM choice that many other companies use. Our records show that our schedulers told you that the tech would arrive between 11:00AM and 1:00PM so as far as the tech knew, he thought he was on time. If that was unclear when you called in, we sincerely apologize and will remind the schedulers to be more clear on that point in the future. Based on your picture of the valve box, the way it was re-buried does not live up to our normal standard of work. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We will be discussing it with the technician who was out there.

UPDATE: Somehow A+ managed to make this EVEN WORSE! They came out to "fix" the problem, finally. Now the sprinklers are unreliably spurting water, pointing directly at our upstairs bathroom, and intermittantly turning on throughout the day! Oh, and they're charging for this! Seriously avoid this company at all costs. Avoid A+ Outdoor Services. We had them turn on our irrigation this year and they flooded our house. They originally claimed that it was Xfinity's fault and put all blame on them. Now they've completely changed their story and are saying it's an issue with fittings (which is what Xfinity said as well). This is not a trustworthy business. They are not BBB accredited and you should avoid them.
