  Small hometown sports shop. They have a good local, honest, friendly staff that care about you getting the quality products that you need. The great lakes is a vast fishery, if it is walleye, trout, or muskie in the river, or salmon, trout, or walleye on Lake Michigan, they are ready to help.

  Too bad I can't give it a 0 or negative stars or I would. I took my trimmer to get fixed... 3 weeks later I decided to walk into the store to check up on it... he wasn't aware of the trimmer. He said. I'll take a look today,because I wanted to take it some else. Then he said it was going to cost me more than a new trimmer... then he charge mee 26 for labor? It would've been nice to know that from the start. Great customer service yall.

  Hi Jose, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I do want to point out that we have a $25 minimum shop fee posted behind our counter at all times (pictured). This minimum pays for the labor to diagnosis your small engine unit that come through our shop. Additionally, we got behind on our machines and 3 weeks is a typical wait time this time of the year. But, as soon as you brought it to our attention that morning, and within 3 hours I diagnosed your trimmer, called you and told you what was wrong with the trimmer and you declined to move forward with the repair. I suggested that purchasing a new trimmer would be better for you, since the price to repair would’ve been the same as purchasing a new trimmer. Therefore, a $25 + tax minimum shop charge was due. Again, thank you for the feedback and we apologize for your bad experience. We hope you return to give us another chance to experience our quality customer service that we’ve been praised for by thousands of customers locally and around the US.
