  Josh did a very thorough job and clean up in my yard. In fact so good that I added extra to his very fair bid. I would use Josh and A&G again.

  Did not use this service and couldn't if I wanted to. The company was super quick for initial quote and responses but got offended when there was a mis communication and I wanted to compare pricing and services. Company insisted they stay away from people who try and pressure them to lower their prices. At no point had I mentioned them lowering their price only that I wanted to compare and would have final decision by end of week. Once they informed me they would not service me because I didn't sign the approval contract as expected immediately and wanted to look at additional options I called them and apologized for the miscommunication and for offending them in anyway. The company didn't truly care, didn't offer to still perform any services and still had an attitude after I apologized multiple times if they felt mislead on my commitment. I think this should be a red flag for anyone as this was a very minor thing and their reaction was extreme. I can't imagine how they would handle any actual service related issue.

  100% sorry that you feel this way!! The main problem was while on the phone you stated to go ahead and get the full service package started !! So I informed you I’d be sending over an approval form for you to approve sign & send back to us! Once the approval was sent over to be approved & signed I received a message stating that y’all were going to compare prices to other companies!! That’s 100% fine you have that right by all means !!! That’s your choice!! But by all means I also have the right to respectfully decide that I no longer want this bid to be valid!!! I wasn’t disrespectful towards you at all !! You really didn’t want to hear what I had to say of why I was retracting my quote !! While we were communicating by text message I respectfully stated that I was going to pass on this quote even put no disrespect all at! We may not be a great match for every customer!! And not ever customer will be a great match for us !! Not once did I have an attitude towards you while on the phone!! I explained why I was retracting my quote and you couldn’t respect that !! Once again we are so sorry you feel this way 110% you stated that you wanted the pricing in written format!! Thats what the quote was that I had sent over for you to approve!!! Have a blessed day !!

  Josh is always on point and does a fantastic job. He always checks over his work and doesn’t leave a leaf unturned. Great to communicate with and has patience of Job. I highly recommend him.
