  The team did a great job with the actual lawn cutting... when they actually showed up. They were not consistent from a timing standpoint nor punctual. Furthermore, Ronie and I agreed to a flat rate (inclusive of tax) for 2019. Then the following year, after two months of providing the same rate in 2020, he suddenly tried to raise price by tacking on additional tax charges (keep in mind these were already supposed to be included in the flat rate) without telling me. It just started showed up on my bill three months into the season. Granted, this was only a small increase, but I did not find his response to my inquiries about this to be professional or courteous. He told me "not to tell (him) how to run the business", when all I asked for was more transparency about pricing increases. This, in conjunction with his team's timing inconsistency, led us to find a new provider.

  Ronie and his team did an excellent job with our landscaping and belgian block curb. We couldn't be happier with the work. Above all Ronie is responsive and professional. We would highly recommend his services.
