  I have been a customer of A1 Lawn Care for many years. They have always been provided great service and are extremely professional. I would strongly recommend A1 for any lawn care or snow removal service. This winter they have worked tirelessly to keep my driveway clear and are always on time and do quality work.

  On January 23. 2022 one of A-1 Lawn Care's plow trucks while plowing a Dentists driveway entered the roadway and struck the passengers side of the car seriously damaging both doors. There is a long back log of cars needing repair at this time so my insurance company is unable to repair my car until March 16 2022. On February 8 2022 a loved family member was diagnosed with cancer. This was our families only good car. I have to drive to many doctor's , medical appointments in a car that is very difficult to exit and enter for passengers. I think that when a company causes this much trouble for a family the least they could do is reach out and see how we are. We have heard nothing from them. I have rental car insurance but that does not begin until your car is actually at the repair shop. I don't think a business should be so cold and callous.

  Dear Mr. Jorgensen, First and foremost, we all realize the era we're in; many delays due to COVID. Our business is experiencing the same situation as you regarding our company vehicles. The body shops are understaffed, and our company certainly understands this. On Jan 23rd, our vehicle was plowing snow and slowly backed out of the driveway and backed into you. Our driver IMMEDIATELY called the police and, when they arrived, stated what happened (you also noted the situation with the police officer). The police officer took both parties' information, did not issue any tickets, and explained we are in a no-fault state and that both parties contact their respective insurance carriers. Your insurer, Progressive, let our insurance company know that they will forward the collision shop information and pictures as soon as possible to our insurance company to resolve this claim. At this time, this has not happened, so we are awaiting this information from Progressive to take any additional steps on our part if necessary. As you are probably well aware, in Michigan, the police take the information and advise each party to go their separate ways in an accident situation. We are empathetic with you in your personal life situation and wish the best for you and your family. After 44 years in business, we are also thankful for the excellent reviews often received about our employees' hard work day in and day out.

  I've been a customer of A-1 for 3 years. My old service was always late and didn't pay enough care getting around my different beds. This is not the case for A-1. They always do a good job and management is very professional and responds quickly. Top notch!
