I gave my push lawn mover for estimate. They mentioned servicing cost of 99$ + fill the tank with gas if the mover needs servicing. After 2 days they called me and mentioned the mover is fixed and ready for pickup. They didn't gave me the quote and asked me to pay 132 for servicing without filling the mover with gas. They did the mistake for not giving me the quote and made me to pay for their mistake.They wouldn't help me on the cost, seeing I had to bring it back, very frustrating...

Great people and service. Bought 2 mowers from them and have them serviced there. They come to my house and pick up my mower and drop it off for free. Mower always comes back like it is brand new.

Happy with service on our Honda propelled mower. Have taken it for maintenance and service before. Came back like new. Just dropped it off for winter service. Great service specials in the off-season.

Twice I have tried to do business with them. Both times I called during business hours only to be directed to leave a message. The first call was a inquiry as to whether they did repairs to pressure washers. I never received a return call.

Today I left a message asking if a lawnmower on their website was available. Again, no call back. I bought the same mower at Hopf’s.

I took them 2 zero turn mowers for repair.  One wouldn't pull uphill and the others motor wouldn't run.  On the first one them changed and flushed the trans fluid ($300).  The second they said they fixed the motor, but it needed a trans flush and new blades($300).  The first one still won't pull uphill.  The second I had to take back.  $400's later them fixed the motor.  All I wanted was for them to fix my mowers!!  I didn't need all the extra work done.  They wouldn't help me on the cost, seeing I had to bring it back, very frustrating...

Thomas if you are still having trouble bring it back and we will do what we can to make it right. Both mowers were substantially out of service by manufacturer standards. The service work was needed. And we have a 45 degree hill in front of our shop that both mowers pulled up just as they should. That hill is steeper than what the mowers are rated for and they performed fine. We never found any mechanical issues nor could we duplicate your complaint about pulling up hills. The hydro service was so overdue on both we had to start there to ensure no debris or air was causing issues in the transmission. If you can bring it back and show us on our hill the issues you are having hopefully we help more. On the one where we said we fixed the motor, not exactly what happened. The first time it was in we suggested an engine service because the Air filter cover was broken, air filter was plugged, oil was black and thickening and the RPM's were low. You declined that and said someone will service it. Then you brought it back and had it serviced. Bottom line is bring it back show us on our hill what problem you are having and we will correct it. But if the service on the transmission is current (which it is now) and mechanically it checks out and we can't duplicate the complain, its hard to "fix" it.

A1 power is my go to when I need equipment. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a kind and knowledgeable staff. I will gladly shop here again.

No company is perfect, I understand, but this particular company lacks in customer service something awful!  The product line is very good and prices are just ok, but the “meet and greet” at the door is unbelievably sad!  Don’t be shocked when you’re standing on the showroom and no one approaches you until YOU flag them down.

They have the best service and employees!  Top notch service for all your needs!  Wouldn't go anywhere else!  A special shout out to Tom Blosl and Nathan for their service and understanding!

As a new homeowner we decided to buy a riding lawn mower and thought it'd be better to buy a used one from a store than a stranger on Facebook. we bought a cub cadet trade in for $600. the mower started, the blades engaged, we took it home. we turned it on at home and engaged the blades and they started hitting each other. we turned it off and spoke with them about the issue. He said to bring it back and they'll look at it. They had it for a week and said something about a spring broke and they put on new blades free of charge.  They said they tested the mower and engaged the blades and all was well.  we brought it back home (our 6th trip to and from their store about an hour away) made one pass through our yard and the blades did it again. we immediately told them salesman and he basically said he couldn't fix it for free again (they didnt fix it the first time)... we asked for our money back he said used mowers are sold as is (well they told us nothing was wrong with it and it was in working condition) as is does not mean you sell a broken mower for $600, we signed no papers and there was no sign that said "as is" anywhere. we asked for the owner to call us, he never did. We decided to take the deck off the mower and look at it ourselves and the problem was so obvious, the pully had been worn down, there was no teeth for the belt to stay on causing the blades to get out of time. We ordered the part from this store and still don't have it. Apparently the package was damaged but they weren't sure of the extent as it had not been delivered yet, days go by, still no package and UPS doesn't deliver to their shop on weekends. It is now Wednesday, still no word on part. We ended up buying the part from somewhere else, got it today. Time to fix our broken $600 mower.  Thanks guys . 👌🏻

A-1 Power Equipment is wonderful to deal with! I did not have a great experience trying to purchase locally so I searched my greater area and found A-1 online. Tom was awesome and very easy to work with. The prices were great and was lucky enough to buy on an additional promo recently as well. Items were delivered for free, on time as promised,  and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. ThanksTom and A-1!
