  We decided to use 911 Lawn Service solely based on their Kudzu reviews. They've worked on our lawn a couple of times now. The quality of work has been declining each time. This last time, we asked them to reseed our lawn using split seeding. We also requested they trim some tall bushes. They agreed to this but showed up to our property unprepared. Not only did they not bring proper equipment, but they told us they actually did not have the equipment to to split seeding. My husband talked to the owner of the company who apologized profusely but did not offer us a discount on the services provided. The crew also did not properly complete our request of trimming the bushes. They claimed they some of the bushes were too thick to trim and they did not have proper equipment with them. They left clippings all over my lawn. Yes, I ended up picking up lots of small branches, leaves, debris they decided to leave on our lawn.
