  The worker did my front yard and hung my ticket on my door. But never did the backyard. I was home the day of service so I seen what the worker did and didnt do. I called and complained my backyard wasnt done and wanted credit for the type of service they performed. I was told they were coming back and told the worker did do my backyard the initial first time. I reminded him I was home sick I seen what was done and what wasnt done. He still instited the worker did it. He stated I dont need a credit since they corrected the service. I received the invoice in the mail and called again about a credit. I again was told no credit and was spoken to very rudely. I'm was a loyal customer of 5th Season for over 10+ years and after this incident taking my business elsewhere. It makes me wonder how many other times has my place or other places have not been done properly but billed.
