  Terrible experience! I contacted this company six weeks ago to purchase an in-ground pool and was told I would be called back with options after the weekend. That call never came. Four weeks later I inquired about ordering a pool again. I was steered in a particular direction by a nice gentleman who referred me to a website featuring the pool I had chosen. He asked that I look over the details of the pool and email my preferences. The man advised that he would respond the following day with any necessary questions and pricing options. I sent an email out within a short time detailing what we would like to order and advised that we would provide an immediate deposit. Two weeks went by with no response. I again recontacted Dumas Pools to inquire why I received no response. The seemingly unreasonable woman on the phone asked if I had given them any money. I explained that I had not received a quote yet. I told her about my email which she looked up. She said that I hadn’t chosen a coping. I asked her to guide me regarding anything that wasn’t in the email and was becoming admittedly frustrated at that point. The woman then hung up on me after telling me that they have sold one-hundred pools this year. This tells me that volume sales are so high that individual customer service is not important to Dumas Pools as insinuated by this woman. No contact in six weeks is unacceptable for any business. I am now six weeks behind ordering this pool elsewhere. It is no surprise that brick and mortar businesses are going belly-up. Online platforms offer the same items at a lower cost, quicker shipping, and no rude middle-man to deal with. I’ll take my money elsewhere. I have never posted a review of any business after receiving service from stellar to terrible. I felt so compelled to post a review after this deplorable dealing in an effort to save others the hassle.

  I recently had Dumus Pools replace a liner on my swimming pool. Yves and two of his crew did a very professional job in the installation of the new liner. Yves worked along side his crew and ensured everything on the pool frame was still up to standard to hold new liner. Yves found a few places on post that needed screws and made sure every post on pool wall was up to par. I was impressed that Yves did a thorough inspection of the condition of my pool before installing the new replacement liner. The new liner looks great and Yves and his crew were very professional during the entire installation. I would recommend Dumus Pools to anyone looking for any of their products or looking to have a pool installed or repaired. I give them the higest rating for the job done.

  Pool customer service. Failed to update customer about the updates of the order and installation. Unorganized scheduling for installation . Very unprofessional in talking to client or customer.
