  My family has been going here since the 1970s. That ended this week. I took a mower in to be fixed and everything they said was wrong with it ended with "for just a few hundred more we can sell you a new mower." The mower I have is a professional, rebuildable mower not one of the disposables they make today. It made me quite mad that they were solely focused on selling me a new mower. I even made a special trip to give them the key for it that I had left at home. I told the guy I didn't want them to use a screwdriver and tear up the key hole, He said they didn't need the key because they all had the same key. When I got it back the key hole had been torn by a screwdriver. Yes they tore the metal casing around the top of the keyhole! I asked the guy that was supposed to help me load it to not use a forklift because I didn't want to bend the blades. He stormed off in a huff and I had to load mower with flat tire, by myself. Service here is the worst I have ever experienced. These guys were my l last hope in Bullitt county. Sadly, my search to find someone I can trust lingers on.

  I had a tire issue on my zero turn mower. I called and talked to Mike. He was extremely helpful and told me to bring it up and they would put a tube in it. He was pleasant and took care of it promtly. I recommend doing business with them!
